All good things…
I've decided to retire this website because I really don't need it anymore. I will likely find a cheaper or free alternative in the coming months to display my works, but for now, my showcase will disappear.
3ds Max 2013 and my tiny contribution
I was privileged to contribute to the 3ds Max 2013 beta and produced a little demo video showing off a new interoperability feature called MediaSync. Long story short, it's a great new feature; the video explains it all.
Ken Pimentel of Autodesk wrote up a geat blog entry on the new feature here which features my demo video.
You can find my write-up about it on Power Creative's website here.
Happy Halloween!
This is a little Halloween greeting I produced for my company, Power Creative. I also wrote up a short blog post about it on the Power Creative website. HD available.
Burn, baby, burn – R&D
A small R&D project at work. Text burns, turns to ash, blows away. This is the product of Max/Softimage 2012 interoperability. Lagoa/ICE particles from Softimage put in a Max scene for rendering with Vray.
Frank: Redux
I pulled out the old Frankenstein character, brushed off the dust and ran him through Max and Vray with a little touch-up from Mudbox. I'm a big fan of Vray these days... Click for full-size!
Domino effects – R&D
Testing out the new MassFX (PhysX) feature in Max 2012. 1190 individual dominos in a single simulation. Fun
